How does it work?
How does it work?
- Inflate the cold plunge and lid to 8–10 PSI.
- If you are not using a refrigeration unit, insert the plugs into the 3 spouts (found in the repair kit).
- Attach the clips from the lid to the straps on the cold plunge.
- Fill the plunge with water between the Min and Max lines.
- Add ice before use, or use ice packs for a more sustainable option.
How do I clean it?
How do I clean it?
We recommend leaving the lid slightly open after use to air out and wiping any moisture from the inner walls. For best hygiene, we suggest cleaning the cold plunge and lid every 1–2 weeks to keep it fresh and safe to use.
