At The Steam Tent, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services.

1. Shipping Options:

• We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Costs and delivery times vary based on your location.

2. Delivery Times:

• Standard shipping typically takes 1-2 days within New Zealand, from our Warehouse in Auckland. Currently there are no options to ship abroad 

3. Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the selected shipping option and delivery location.

4. Order Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
